Fixed Price Builds
Once you’ve settled on a design, we can give you a fixed price for your build. There are no hidden costs or unexpected extra bills to pay. During the build, if you change your mind about anything, we simply provide you with a new cost for the alterations. We respect you’re building to a budget, so we deliver your house to that budget and the agreed schedule.
One point of contact
Bayline is a small building company, allowing Mike to personally manage your project to his exacting standards. He’s with you at every stage of the build, ensuring there’s clear communication so the build goes smoothly. If you have any questions about the build, you only need to ask Mike. As the owner of the company, you’re dealing directly with the decision maker.
All new homes built by Bayline are constructed by Registered Master Builders and are insured with a 10 Year Guarantee, giving you additional peace of mind.
Full project management
Designing and building a house is a complex process. When you work with us, we make it easy. There's no need to manage multiple contractors. We do everything from design to consent, managing and coordinating subcontractors, to the finishing touches and handing over the keys. Our service doesn’t end there though. You’ll have our ongoing support long after the build is complete.
